    Structural equation modelling (SEM) is widely used among researchers. Correct, because it is a powerful tool that combines t-tests, ANOVA, and multiple regression to create models of complex data structures. SEM is a statistical method of hypothesis testing that examines the relationship between observed and latent variables. This approach tests a theoretical framework that incorporates linear relationships between variables. With SEM, you can quickly build models to test hypotheses and confirm relationships between observed and latent variables– moving beyond regression to gain additional insight. SPSS IBM AMOS is powerful structural equation modelling (SEM) software that supports your research and theory by extending standard multivariate analysis methods, including regression, factor analysis, correlation, and variance analysis. It is also known as the analysis of covariance or causal modelling software.
