As with any online purchase experience, below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. Cancellation & Refunds: Livestreaming seminars

We understand that you can change your mind. We know that some of our seminars might not be 100% relevant to you in your current need. That is why we give you the freedom to ask for a partial refund of your course fee within one week of purchasing the course. If the cancellation requested by the trainee before three weeks of the starting day of the course, 70% of course fee paid will be refunded. two weeks of the starting day of the course, 50% of course fee paid will be refunded. The cancellation is not possible within two weeks prior to the start day.

Seminar cancellation

When a seminar cancelled for any reason, you will get a full refund of the seminar fees.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the trainee will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 21 working days after intimation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and validation of refund request.
